Great idea! This school is all on ground level without windows. I could challenge them to drop an egg, standing on one of the lab tables. That would be more than six feet. THANKS!!!
This week we'll see how simple machines (NO MATH) can make lifting things too heavy to lift without help can be done. They need to know that what they're learning (other than the math, which they won't use unless they're engineers et al) will be valuable to them!
My other favourite physic practical take and egg and drop it out the window without it breaking. You can use what you want.
Plus it gives them exercise running up and down the stairs to see if there eggs are broken. As we all know tired children don’t argue lol.
